Unveiled at CES 2024, the Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid features a 14-inch 2.8K OLED touchscreen display with 100 percent DCI:P3 color gamut and support for the optional Lenovo Tab Pen Plus. The hybrid station and tablet are powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor (32GB LPDDR5x RAM, Windows 11) and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip (12GB LPDDR5x RAM, Android 13), respectively.

The base runs on a 75WHr battery that can be charged with a 100W adapter, while the tablet packs a 38WHr battery. The hybrid station measures 313.5×234.5×9.4 mm and weighs 970 grams, while the tablet measures 313.5x224x6.6 mm and weighs 785 grams.
